I’m a new dog mom, and the whole experience is very overwhelming, especially when it comes to concerning issues (rashes, allergies, eating too quickly). I’ve frequented different Mondu’s and this one COMPLETELY blew me away. From the moment I walk in, all the way to the cash, there is someone there to guide me and help me with what I am looking for. Besides the amazing customer service, they are beyond knowledgeable. The whole staff is fantastic.

There are other locations closer to me but I always choose to bring my dog here. This store is the best honestly. The staff and cleanliness are 10/10. Valentina is honestly incredible but I have to speak for the rest as well - Audrey Maude, Noah, Kim, Yaël, Asher, Arhanasios, Emily, Mélody and cassandre are all excellent. I truly appreciate the hiring manager at this location because they always pick the right staff. Thanks you guys for all your hard work and always giving Layla lots of love!

I go here to get dog food, wet dog food, dog treats, dog accessories and sometimes wet cat food. They need to sort out their online system, but that's not this particular locations fault.

What an AMAZING staff this location has. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile and a kind hello and they are all very knowledgeable in the products they offer. Wide variety of products, and for the most part always have what I need in stock. A+, 5 stars! Special shout out to Emily !

I am very happy with Mondou. They have a great selection of pet products and always everything I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and there are often good promotions. I highly recommend this store to all pet owners.♥️♥️♥️
